From pharmacists to sales assistants, cashiers to operational staff we welcome dedicated individuals to become a part of our team.
STEP 1
Following three months of training, our store assistants continue with a one year program to develop strong foundational knowledge of medicines.
STEP 2
Over the next two years, store assistants gain advanced healthcare knowledge, formulation skills, and experience with virtual assessments.
STEP 3
After completing Step 2, they’re invited to our head office for advanced training, including expert lectures and behavioral assessments.

Finally, those who successfully complete all three steps are appointed as senior storefront leaders, such as Shift-in-Charges and Managers.
